Be sure to complete your Crane/Forklift Scheduling Form located under the NMMA FORMS TAB by December 4th, 2012 to help us with your move-in and move-out needs.

 

***Move-Out Note***

We have a shortened move-out period this year (ONE DAY). We must be out of the hall completely by midnight, Monday, January 14th, 2013.  To accomplish this, we need to have the halls cleared of exhibits by 5:00pm that day.  We appreciate your cooperation in helping us to meet this target.
