Exhibitor Badges

A unique link will be sent to all contracted exhibitors in a separate e-mail to order show badges. Please do not share your link with anyone.

The deadline to order badges online that are to be mailed is December 21, 2018.

The maximum number of badges issued is determined by the total amount of square feet of exhibit space your company has under contract. Additional/Replacement Badges will be available at a cost of $15.00 per badge.

Badges will be mailed when your contracted space balance is paid in full.

New Admission Practice

To enhance show security, anyone using an exhibitor badge to access the show site will be required to present government-issued identification (ID) along with their badge. Checking IDs of persons entering the show with an exhibitor badge will ensure that only authorized personnel have access to the show outside of show hours and will protect our exhibitor’s products. We appreciate your cooperation with this new security protocol. All Exhibitor and NMMA Trade badges will be scanned upon entry to the show on show days.


Be My Guest Tickets - Discounted Exhibitor Show Invite Tickets

A unique link will be sent to exhibitors in a separate e-mail to order your guest tickets. Please do not share your link with anyone. If you have any questions or need your link sent to you please contact chicagotickets@nmma.org.

Invite your best customers and prospects to visit you at the show with "Be My Guest" Tickets. These tickets are offered at half the cost of the general admission price.

New “Be My Guest” system

The “Be My Guest” (BMG) ticket process has been upgraded and added to Expo Tracker. The new process allows exhibitors to create, design and manage their own tickets. To make it easy to use, the new system is similar in design to the badge registration site. As an exhibitor, you will have the ability to seamlessly order BMG tickets and register for badges without logging into multiple sites.

The new site allows you to:

  1. Request e-ticket or hard stock tickets
    1. Redeemed Electronic tickets will continue to be 50% off the general admission price.
    2. Redeemed Hard Stock tickets will be 35% off the general admission price.
  2. Customize your e-ticket at an additional cost
    1. Bold your Company Name - FREE
    2. Include a company logo
    3. Add text to your e-ticket—25 words or less (i.e. Visit us in space A1)
    4. Add your brand logo to the footer
    5. Attach a preferred e-ticket (Your company campaign/flyer, etc.)
  3. Upload a spreadsheet of your customer base and email in a few easy steps
  4. Email customers one at a time—whenever you want
  5. Order tickets for other NMMA Shows you are exhibiting in without logging out
  6. Switch to the registration site to order your badges without logging in/out of the site

What remains the same:

  1. Pay a $50.00 non-refundable deposit via credit card and order as many tickets as you like
  2. Your credit card will be charged for the total redeemed tickets, less your deposit, within 30 days of the show’s closing date.
  3. You are billed only for each ticket redeemed
  4. Minimum order of 10 tickets

The deadline to order Be My Guest Tickets to be mailed is December 21, 2018. Hardstock tickets ordered after the deadline will be available for pick-up on show site. New orders originating on-site will be charged a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. Tickets will be printed on hardstock.

All exhibitors are required to submit a certificate of insurance prior to booth setup onsite.

Chicago Boat Show Pass Program

About: The Chicago Boat Show Pass is an interactive app designed to enhance the show experience for attendees.

Consumer Application: Attendees can use the Chicago Boat Show Pass to manage tickets, navigate the show, collect product information, access exclusive show deals and discounts and participate in a gamified show experience with chances to win fun prizes.

Exhibitor Application: Increase your ROI through participation in the app’s scanning functionality and Boat Finder tool which allows consumers to search for, find and collect information on your products at the show. Collect lead information and learn about consumer interests from participating attendees.
